WELLNESS & SPA RESORT

DEPOSIT
To secure your booking, a non-refundable deposit of €550 is required. Once the deposit is made, you will immediately receive a confirmation email containing:
• A detailed program overview of the retreat.
• Accommodation details and all included services.
• A link to finalize the remaining payment balance.

FULL PAYMENT
The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 30 days before the retreat start date. If the payment is not completed by the deadline:
• Your booking will be canceled.
• The deposit will not be refunded.

You will receive an automated email reminder with a secure link to pay the remaining balance closer to the payment deadline.

CANCELLATION AND DATE CHANGE
• If you wish to change your retreat dates or request a refund for the remaining balance, this must be submitted at least 30 days before the retreat start date.
• The deposit remains strictly non-refundable, even in cases of cancellation or date changes.
• Changes to dates will be subject to availability.

• How can I book a spot?

To book your spot, a €550 non-refundable deposit is required. Simply use the booking form on this website and follow the instructions provided in the "Booking Rules" section.

• What languages are spoken during the retreat?

Our team speaks English, Portuguese, and Ukrainian, ensuring a comfortable and inclusive experience for participants from any country.

• What’s included in the meals?

Your retreat includes daily continental breakfasts on the hotel restaurant terrace and two special dinners: a welcoming dinner and a farewell dinner. No need to worry about cooking—everything is taken care of!

• What accommodation options are available?

During the booking process, you can choose between a single bed in a shared 4-person tent or a double bed in a shared 2-person tent.

• Is airport transfer included?

Airport transfers are not included in the price, but we’ll help you arrange one via taxi or shuttle bus.


PREPARATION

• What’s the weather like?

Surfing in Portugal is possible year-round, but the most comfortable months are April through November. Even if it rains or gets windy, wetsuits will keep you warm in the water. Sunscreen is highly recommended as the sun can be strong. Evenings by the ocean can be breezy, so it’s a good idea to bring warm clothes. The hotel and tents are warm and cozy regardless of the weather.

• What should I pack?

Bring sunscreen, swimsuits, flip-flops, yoga outfits, sneakers, casual wear, comfortable loungewear, and a hoodie or windbreaker for cooler evenings.


ACTIVITIES

• How many surfing lessons are included, and what skill level is required?

The schedule includes 4 surfing sessions, tailored for all skill levels—from beginners to experienced surfers. Lessons are spread over 5 days: 2 days of surfing (2–3 hours per session), 1 rest day for recovery, and then 2 more surfing days. This structure, recommended by professional surf schools, ensures a safe and enjoyable experience.

• What does the wellness and spa program include?

Enjoy daily wellness practices, including yoga, Pilates, meditation, and other relaxation techniques. Two dedicated spa days feature a visit to the sauna and a relaxing time in an open-air pool surrounded by a picturesque forest. You’ll also have access to the spa area throughout your stay for additional treatments.

• What’s included in the adventure and exploration part of the program?

A full-day trip in vintage Land Rovers along Portugal's stunning coastline, capturing unforgettable moments on vintage cameras. You’ll enjoy a scenic picnic, explore local cuisine, taste organic wines and coffee, and experience the charm of Portuguese surf culture through visits to authentic local spots.

• What’s included in the creative part of the program?

Pottery and ceramics workshops, as well as art therapy sessions, where you’ll create a personal masterpiece to take home.

• What other activities are planned?

Romantic and fun-filled evenings are part of the retreat, including outdoor movie nights, candlelit dinners, bonfire gatherings, and sunset parties at an oceanfront bar.
