REFUND POLICY
1. Deposit & Booking Confirmation
To secure your booking for the retreat, a non-refundable deposit of €550 is required. Once the deposit is successfully processed, you will receive a confirmation email containing:
• A detailed overview of the retreat program.
• Accommodation details and a list of included services.
• A secure payment link for the remaining balance.
The deposit is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances, including cancellations or date changes.
2. Full Payment & Deadline
The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 30 days before the retreat start date.
• If the final payment is not received by the deadline, your booking will be automatically canceled, and the deposit will not be refunded.
• An automated reminder email with a secure payment link will be sent before the payment deadline.
3. Cancellation & Date Changes
We understand that unexpected changes may occur. If you need to cancel or change your retreat dates, the following conditions apply:
• Requests for date changes or refunds of the remaining balance must be submitted at least 30 days before the retreat start date.
• The deposit remains non-refundable under all circumstances.
• Date changes are subject to availability and are not guaranteed.
If you cancel your retreat less than 30 days before the start date, no refunds will be issued for any payments made.
4. Payment Methods
We offer multiple secure payment methods, including:
• Visa
• Mastercard
• Apple Pay
• Other secure online payment options
Detailed payment instructions and a secure payment link will be provided automatically during the booking process.
5. Important Notes
• Ensure that your email address is correct when booking, as all essential details and payment links will be sent to your registered email.
• If you do not receive a confirmation email after making the deposit, contact our support team immediately.
• All refunds (where applicable) will be processed through the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
